Super Bowl Sunday here on the farm............and of course it's snowing! We really do not have any places around here to get pizza, or that is, good pizza. So when we want pizza, it means I make it. I really like using King Arthur Pizza Flour Blend, which comes in three pound bags, and as far as I know, only available through their catalog, or it can be ordered on-line from King Arthur. We like THIN crusts, and this dough rolls out very nicely, and really easy to work with.
