During the summer months I am busy with two local area farmer markets. I sell pies, breads, cinnamon buns, produce from our garden, as well as fruits from our orchard. I also do catering and baking, and many of my past customers have been from the business community.
During the winter I spend a lot of time researching recipes and trying out new dishes on family and friends. I also wrote a cookbook for my niece, Krista Collins of South Carolina. I included not just recipes, but family history for her as well, and hopefully she will pass this down to her daughters someday.
